Ingredients:

1 tsp active dry yeast
2 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp dried lemon peel
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup warm milk
1 1/2 oz warm water
3 tbsp chopped almonds
2 1/2 tbsp raisins

Methods:
Load into the bread machine according to manufacturer’s directions.Add the almonds and raisins at the end of the beginning or end of the mix cycle, if your machine has one.This is an extremely high rise bread. A one pound loaf can easily fill a bread machine bucket.
