Ingredients:

1 cup milk — plus 1 tablespoon
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup red onion — chopped
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup pecans — chopped
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
