Ingredients

* 1 cup sweet potato (cooked and mashed)
* 1 large egg
* 1 cup water (room temp)
* 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
* 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon allspice
* 3 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
* 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
* 2 teaspoon instant yeast

Method

Place ingredients into bread machine according to the recipe. Set bread machine for a 2 lb. loaf, then press sweet bread cycle and a medium crust.
